• The person you speak to on the phone will be the person who carries out your carpet, upholstery or rug cleaning.

• We will arrive at the agreed time arranged on booking and in the unlikely event we are running over 20 minutes later than the arranged time, you will always be contacted to be told why we are late.

• The price we quote will be the price you pay. There are no tricks, no surprises and no hidden extras.

• We will use the appropriate process, products and equipment to carry out the cleaning of your soft furnishings.

• We guarantee to successfully clean your carpet/rug/upholstery. If you are not totally satisfied we will re-clean it. If you are still not satisfied we will refund your money.
